LOCAL PICKUP
- If you selected Local Pickup as the checkout option for your order, you have up to 90 Days to pick up your Order. After 90 Days, you will be charged an additional $1.00 per day until your order is picked up.
- If your order has not been picked up after 180 Days, the item(s) in your order will be returned back to our inventory; there will be no refunds.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Credit card refunds take longer to process. You will see the return on your statement within 3-6 weeks.
- All returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the product, such as optics, bi-pod or accessories. Some manufacturers won’t permit us to accept returns. Please contact to verify if your product is eligible to be returned.
- Any Orders (that are not special orders) that are cancelled are subject to a 4.5% cancellation fee.
- *Backorders – Orders containing products on backorder are subject to a 4.5% cancellation fee if canceled within 2 weeks of the purchase date. After the 2 weeks, the backorder is no longer eligible for a refund.
- **Special Order firearms that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Any **Special Order except firearms are not eligible for refunds.
- ***Pre-Order Items that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Items requiring a PAL check are not eligible for refunds, returns, or cancellations during the verification process with the RCMP.
- ADDITIONAL ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS:
- All Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives (i.e. Primers, Powders), Optics
- All firearms, firearm parts and accessories (i.e. magazines, barrels, slides, triggers etc.), ammunition, reloading components / explosives (i.e. primers, powders), & optics are final sale. No exceptions. This applies for in-store and online.
RETURNS
- If an online or telephone order is delivered, our return policy is active for fourteen (14) days once delivered. If you are outside of the fourteen (14) day period since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.
- In store purchases that qualify for a refund, items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with original purchase receipt.
- All items, to be eligible for a return within the fourteen (14) day grace period, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from our return policy. Please see section below for details.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- There will be no accepted returns for CLEARANCE products; ALL CLEARANCE products are final sale.
- Items requiring a PAL check are not eligible for refunds, returns, or cancellations during the verification process with the RCMP.
- *Backorders are not eligible for return after the 2 weeks of order purchase date.
- **Special Order items are not eligible for returns.
- All firearms, firearm parts and accessories(i.e. magazines, barrels, slides, triggers etc.), ammunition, explosives (i.e. primers, powders), aerosols, hygienics, & optics are final sale. No exceptions; this applies for in-store and online.
- RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR FIREARMS, FIREARM PARTS AND ACCESSORIES( i.e. magazines, barrels, slides, triggers etc.)AMMUNITION, RELOADING COMPONENTS / EXPLOSIVES (I.E. PRIMERS, POWDERS), AEROSOLS, HYGIENICS, & OPTICS ONCE SHIPPED.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any order placed (containing Firearms, Ammo, Primers, Powders) where your billing address and PAL address don’t match may result in your order being cancelled. We require that your billing address and PAL address MATCH. Cancelled orders are applicable to a 4.5% cancellation fee.
- All returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the product, such as optics, bi-pod or accessories. Some manufacturers won’t permit us to accept returns. Please contact to verify if your product is eligible to be returned.
- Any Orders (that are not special orders) that are cancelled are subject to a 4.5% cancellation fee.

- Once your order is placed, any order containing firearms, firearm parts and accessories (i.e. magazines, barrels, slides, triggers etc.) that is cancelled is subject to a $25 plus 4.5% (of the order total) cancellation fee. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; it’s best to contact us right away if you want the order cancelled prior to it being shipped.
- Items requiring a PAL check are not eligible for refunds, returns, or cancellations during the verification process with the RCMP.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- If warranty work is required, please contact the manufacturer directly. Do not return to store.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- If you have checked your banking information and waited five business days, then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It may take an additional 3 to 6 weeks to appear on your credit card statement. Most refunds are posted within five to seven business days.
- There is often a mandatory processing time period before a refund is posted and each financial institution has different requirements. If after you’ve spoken to the financial institution, and there is nothing posted or in the processing waiting period, then move on to the next step of the process.
- If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@rangeviewsports.ca. Please quote your order number so we can look directly into your file.
SAVING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURELY AT CHECKOUT
- We allow our customers who have an account created, to save their credit card information during checkout for a more convenient and easier checkout process.
- WE DO NOT STORE credit card information on our web servers.
- Any information is saved via our credit card processing partner through a series of tokenizations and encryptions.

VALID CANADIAN FIREARMS LICENSE
- A valid PAL is required for all firearms, powder, and ammunition purchases.
- For all mail orders, a drivers license will also be required to confirm mailing and storage address with the CFO.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded as they are marked final sale.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
- All merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer against manufacturing defaults only.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only once consent is obtained by the manufacturer. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@rangeviewsports.ca

WARRANTY
- Manufacturers deal directly with customers for defective, incorrect packaging and things such as imperfect conditions from the manufacturing process. We do not handle warranty service. To continue to serve our valuable customers, we will help you by providing the manufacturers contact information.
GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are final sale and have no cash value.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we strongly advise you to consider purchasing our package protection. Any items lost or damaged by the carrier without our package protection will only be eligible for up to $100 coverage.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Transfers MUST be completed before we ship restricted firearms.
- There will be no negotiating shipping outside of Canada. We will NOT ship to the United States.
- We will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost by the carrier. Purchasing package protection is strongly advised for high value items.
- Package Protection is available during checkout. By default, there is no package protection on orders, you must purchase package protection separately if you would like to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. Rangeview Sports is not responsible for lost or damage packages during transit. To protect your shipping packages, you can purchase one these protection coverages.

- Shipping ammunition is a heavy regulated service and has an independent set of shipping policies, including limited volume, PAL requirement, and shipping method restrictions.

PRIVACY POLICY
DEFINITIONS
- * BACKORDER: A product that is currently out of stock but can still be purchased. We (Rangeview Sports) will order more for the next incoming shipment, though there is no estimated time of arrival (ETA). Certain international brands may have longer ETAs, especially, but not limited to, if the product(s) ordered are firearms.
- ** SPECIAL ORDER: A product that is not regularly stocked by us (Rangeview Sports) and must be purchased from the manufacturer / distributor on behalf of you (the customer). There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA) and you (the customer) are made aware of this at the time of purchase.
- *** PRE-ORDER: A product that is confirmed to be arriving at the store, which customers can purchase in advance to reserve before it becomes available. This guarantees the item will be secured for them upon its arrival. Although we are expecting an order to come into the store, we do not have an ETA.
