Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service or Purchasing from us.
PAL REGULATIONS NOTICE
For certain regulated products, all customers – whether shopping online or in-store – must present a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL). In-store purchases of these products will not be processed without a valid PAL. For online orders, if a PAL is required and not provided, both the product(s) and funds will be held until valid licensing is presented and verified. If the license is successfully validated, the transaction will proceed. If the license cannot be verified, no refunds will be issued.
DISPLAY MODELS AND LOW STOCK DISCLAIMER
- If there is only one unit left in stock, it may be a display model. No discounts will be issued for display models. For any questions, feel free to contact us.
LOCAL PICKUP
- If you selected Local Pickup/in-store pickup as the checkout option for your order including online orders, you have up to 14 Days (including holidays) to pick up your Order. After 14 Days with the date of purchase as the first day, you will be charged an additional 1% as your order value per day until your order is picked up.
- If your order has not been picked up after 120 Days, the item(s) in your order will be returned back to our inventory without refund.
RETURNS
Please read our Final Sale Items List carefully before Purchasing.
- No return will be accepted if any item(s) is/are on Final Sale items List.
- No return will be accepted without a return number. Please CLICK HERE and fill out a Return Application Form (RA form).
- No return will be accepted more than 14 days from the Date of Purchase. The 14 days begins on the date of purchase.
- All purchases that qualify for a return or refund require that the purchased items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt. All items to be eligible for a return must be unused and in the same condition as originally received and in the original packaging.
- All returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- To return your product, customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Items purchased with a deposit only items are non-refundable.
- Items requiring a Possession Acquisition License check (PAL check) are not eligible for returns, cancellations or refunds during the verification process with the RCMP.
- Some manufacturers won’t permit us to accept returns. Please contact us to verify if your product is eligible to be returned and read its WARRANTY POLICY.
- ALL of these terms apply to in-store and online purchases.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following products are FINAL SALE items, once procured (including via online submission), are not eligible to be returned, cancelled or refunded. Rangeview Sports may in its SOLE DISCRETION apply the REFUND POLICY.
- Firearms – Once a firearm is purchased, the sale is final and not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
- Firearm parts and accessories (i.e. magazines, muzzle devices, barrels, slides, triggers etc.).
- Ammunition
- Powder, primers or other explosive products
- Special Orders
- All discounted, Price Matched Items, Sales Items, Discontinued Items and Clearance Items
- Shipping costs
- Insurance fees
- Clothing
- Gas Masks & Filters
- Pre-Owned Items
- Airguns
- Scopes and optics
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift Cards
- Discount Cards and Online discount codes
- Surplus merchandise
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing.
- Any item that was purchased more than 14 days prior to the return request.
REFUND PROCEDURE
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is rejected Rangeview will return the item at the customer’s expense. Rangeview will charge a storage fee of 1% of the purchase price per day from 10 days after the rejection email.
- If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time. Credit card refunds may take longer to process. You will usually see the return on your statement within 1-6 weeks.
- All returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the manufacturer does not permit returns then you are not entitled to a refund and may wish to either accept the item and sell it yourself or subscribe to our Pre-owned Sales Program. Please see its terms on our Website. Please contact us to confirm if your product is eligible to be returned and read the WARRANTY POLICY.
- Backorders – Orders for products on backorder are subject to a 5% cancellation fee and $25 handling fee if cancelled within 2 weeks of the purchase date. After the 2 weeks, the backorder is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Special Orders items are not eligible for refunds and are non-cancellable.
- These items are not regularly stocked and are purchased on your behalf directly from the distributor or manufacturer. It is imperative that you are certain of your purchase before placing an order, as changes after ordering will result in costs we cannot recover.
- Pre-Order Items are not eligible for refunds.
- Any orders that Rangeview Sports agrees to cancel are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% and $25 handling fee.
CONFIRMATION OF REFUNDS
- Please contact your bank or credit card company if the Refund does not appear after 5 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It may take an additional 3 to 6 weeks to appear on your credit card statement. Most refunds are posted within five to seven business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any order placed for Firearms, Ammo, Primers, Powders where your billing address and PAL address don’t match may result in your order being cancelled by Rangeview Sports. We require that your billing address and PAL address MATCH. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee and $25 handling fee.
- Special Orders items are not eligible for a cancellation.

STICKER DRAWS
- Each sticker purchased is considered an entry into a giveaway (draw) for a specific product or prize. Purchasing a sticker provides one (1) free entry into the contest; it is not a physical product purchase unless shipping is explicitly paid for.
- Shipping of the physical sticker is not included in the purchase price. If a customer wishes to receive the sticker by mail, they must request and pay for shipping separately. This is stated clearly on the product listing and promotional materials.
- Each entry is confirmed digitally upon order completion. Participation in the draw is not contingent on receiving a physical sticker.
- All sticker draw sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted after purchase, as the entry is instantly recorded and cannot be revoked.
- Winners are announced on our official social media platforms and contacted directly via email or phone. A valid PAL (if applicable) is required to claim firearm-related prizes.
- By participating in a sticker draw, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. Filing a chargeback after confirmed entry may result in being banned from future contests.
WARRANTY AND EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
- All Merchandise warranty is guaranteed by the manufacturer or Canadian distributor or authorized warranty centre.
- Rangeview Sports is not responsible for assisting with any warranty. The Customer will need to deal with the warranty with the manufacturer or Canadian distributor or authorized warranty centre.
SAVING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURELY AT CHECKOUT
- We allow our customers who have an account created, to save their credit card information during checkout for a more convenient and easier checkout process.
- WE DO NOT STORE credit card information on our web servers.
- Any information is saved via our credit card processing partner through a series of tokenizations and encryptions.

- Gift cards are final sale and have no cash value.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we strongly advise you to consider purchasing our package protection. Any items lost or damaged by the carrier without our package protection will only be eligible for up to $100 coverage.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Transfers MUST be completed before we ship restricted firearms.
- There will be no negotiating shipping outside of Canada. We will NOT ship to the United States.
- We will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost by the carrier. Purchasing package protection is strongly advised for high value items.
**Free Shipping only applies to major areas/cities. Remote, Extended area and Overweight orders will be contacted for separate quotation**
PACKAGE PROTECTION
- Package Protection is available during checkout. By default, there is no package protection on orders, you must purchase package protection separately if you would like to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. Rangeview Sports is not responsible for lost or damage packages during transit. To protect your shipping packages, you can purchase one these protection coverages: Basic or Full.
- Basic Protection: covers product cost only (excluding: protection fee, shipping cost, and tax)
- Full Protection: covers product cost, shipping, and tax (excludes: protection fee)
DANGEROUS GOODS SHIPPING
For dangerous goods, UPS is the only courier in Canada. UPS does not support PO Box, thus we do not ship to any PO Box addresses. If orders containing dangerous goods with shipping address marked as PO Box, the order will be cancelled and 5% handling fee will be charged without notice.
When shipping dangerous goods (Explosive materials or firearms) through UPS, they will attempt delivery 3 times over 3 days, and will return the package to us if the customer is not available to receive the package on any of the 3 days.
These packages cannot be redirected from the original shipping address once the label is printed, and they require Adult Signature. These packages cannot be left unattended at a customer’s shipping address.
Failure to receive a delivery is the customer’s responsibility, and the cost of re-shipping the package would need to be covered by the customer. If you are concerned about UPS’ shipping method, let us know in advance and we can see what we can do for you!

- Shipping ammunition is a heavy regulated service and has an independent set of shipping policies, including limited volume, PAL requirement, and shipping method restrictions.

EXPLOSIVE PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICY
- For all explosive materials (i.e. ammunition, primers, powders, etc.) we require a valid PAL for purchase.
PRIVACY POLICY
DEFINITIONS
- * BACKORDER: A product that is currently out of stock but can still be purchased. We (Rangeview Sports) will order more for the next incoming shipment, though there is no estimated time of arrival (ETA). Certain international brands may have longer ETAs, especially, but not limited to, if the product(s) ordered are firearms.
- ** SPECIAL ORDER: A product that is not regularly stocked by us (Rangeview Sports) and must be purchased from the manufacturer / distributor on behalf of you (the customer). There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA) and you (the customer) are made aware of this at the time of purchase.
- *** PRE-ORDER: A product that is confirmed to be arriving at the store, which customers can purchase in advance to reserve before it becomes available. This guarantees the item will be secured for them upon its arrival. Although we are expecting an order to come into the store, we do not have an ETA.
Mobile Terms of Service
The Rangeview Sports mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Rangeview Sports (“Rangeview Sports”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Rangeview Sports’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rangeview Sports through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any province or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Rangeview Sports. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18669508692 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Rangeview Sports mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
