All products purchased through our online store and shipped to customers are not inspected by Rangeview Sports for damage or defects prior to shipment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Rangeview Sports assumes no responsibility, guarantees, representations, or warranties—express or implied—regarding the condition, functionality, or suitability of any product once it leaves our facility.

Rangeview Sports is not liable for any damages, defects, or functional issues with products received. If a product is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.

Manufacturers handle all issues related to defects, incorrect packaging, or manufacturing imperfections. While Rangeview Sports does not provide warranty service, repairs, replacements, or refunds for defective or damaged items once shipped, we are happy to assist our customers by supplying manufacturer contact information upon request.

Shipping Instructions

Do not ship your item until you have received a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
– The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
– Rangeview Sports is not responsible for any loss or damage while goods are in transit.
– Do not include any aftermarket modifications or accessories that were not part of the original product packaging.
– The RA# must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
– Once your return is processed, you will be contacted by one of our Pro Staff with a
RA# and further instructions.
