- For dangerous (explosive) goods, UPS is the only courier in Canada. UPS does not support PO Box, thus we do not ship to any PO Box addresses. Please read our SHIPPING POLICY for details.

- We do our best to keep online inventory quantity adjusted to match the retail store. However, please be advised that there is a delay when current levels are synced. All inventory is synced every few hours during business hours.

- Package Protection is available during checkout. - SPECIAL ORDERS / BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDERS:
- Backorders – Orders containing products on backorder are subject to a 5% cancellation fee if canceled within two weeks of the purchase date.
- Special Order items are ordered specifically on your behalf and not regularly stocked. Once your order is placed, there are NO CANCELLATIONS.
