• SPECIAL ORDERS / BACKORDERS:
  • Backorders – Orders containing products on backorder are subject to a 5% cancellation fee if canceled within two weeks of the purchase date.
  • Special Order items that are canceled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee due to the item being ordered specifically on your behalf and not regularly stocked.
