The Thompson Center® Round Ball Shooting Patches are designed for use in .45 or .50 caliber rifles. These non-lubricated shooting patches are 100% cotton, come in uniform thickness of .015”, and are designed specifically for traditional round ball muzzleloader shooters.
The T/C® Roundball patches are tightly woven and completely resistant to burning. These 100-count, non-lubricated patches are for use with a round ball of approximately .010″ less than rifle caliber. As an example, a .50 caliber rifle uses one of these patches with a .490″ diameter lead ball.
